Usage

Clean the treatment area before use.Tear the packet along the gap and take out the pad from the packet.Remove the paper on the adhesive tape.Put the black surface of the pad on the affected area or acupoint.

(Notice:apply the tape tightly on skin)

The pad can produce heat by itself for over 16 hours.When it gives out no heat,it can be either used continously or changed.Someone is allergy to the tape,You can fold it over and stick it on the underwear for use.Scour off the adhesive which is still on the skin.May use another tape to fix it on the active position.If there are any other quertions,please feel free to contact us.
